Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all change-of-mind returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In these cases, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (e.g. personalized or special orders)

Personal care goods (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item (at your own cost, unless faulty), and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
As with our standard policy, the item must be unused, with tags and in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
